Who sells

The seller is The Lab Room Urban Spa, S.L., tax ID B82616053, with its registered office at Paseo de los Parques 32, Casa 5C, 28109 Alcobendas (Madrid). Our salon and shop is at Claudio Coello 13, 28001 Madrid. You can email us at info@thelabroom.com or call us on +34 914 312 198. All the company details are in the Legal notice.

These conditions apply to purchases on thelabroom.com. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them first.

Who can buy

You must be over 18. You can buy without creating an account. If you prefer to create one, you will see your orders and will not need to type your details each time.

How to place an order

1. Add the products to your basket.
2. In the basket you can change quantities, remove products or enter a discount code.
3. At checkout, check your details, the delivery address and the total including shipping.
4. When payment is complete, we email you a summary. That email confirms your purchase.

You can correct any detail before paying. The contract is made in Spanish or English, depending on the language you buy in, and we keep a copy of the order.

Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is added separately and shown in your basket before you pay. The rates are on the Shipping and returns page.

If an obvious error shows a wrong price on the website (for example, a product at €0), we will tell you and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

Payment methods

Card (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is made in advance over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.

Discount codes

A code is valid for what its promotion says and on the dates it is active. Type it exactly as shown: it is case-sensitive. Codes cannot be combined in one order unless the promotion says so.

Gift cards and vouchers

Salon gift cards and vouchers are for treatments at The Lab Room, Claudio Coello 13, Madrid. They are valid for one year from purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping, returns and guarantee

How we ship, what it costs, how to return a product within 14 days and what to do if something arrives wrong is on the Shipping and returns page. All products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Availability

If a product sells out after you have paid, we will let you know and refund its price within 14 days, or offer you another one if you prefer.

Your data

We use your data to prepare and ship your order and to help you. We only send you the newsletter if you subscribe. Everything is in the Privacy policy.

Applicable law and complaints

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. If you have a problem, email info@thelabroom.com first: we nearly always solve it that way. Otherwise you may go to the courts of your place of residence or use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Complaint forms are available on request.
